I have done the direct reservation with hotel and staff (Chayya) is very cooperative and provided with options that’s matches to my budget. Rooms are clean. Locality is good. Walkable distance from mall street, Hidimba temple.  They even provided local cab service for pickup drop and local sight seeing. Chosen complementary breakfast and dinner which we felt reasonable and value for money. We enjoyed the stay and tour with seamless booking arrangements.

One can just walk and visit hadimba temple, Manu temple, mall road, Tibetan monestry etc. #Room: Rooms are good, road facing, mostly made of wood. Western style toilet is there. However rooms smell different and sometimes it's difficult to stay as rooms are made of wood. #service: Services are good.

The staff both at the reception and Restaurant were very kind as they do not have lift and no room's at the ground and first floor it was bit painful for me to climb the stairs as I am a senior citizen with arthitis problem but the reception and the restaurant staff were very kind and they made sure that they Sent the dinner and breakfast of my choice to my room overall the hotel was very good but not friendly for senior citizens.
